What the real agreement must cover

• The alarm company is the controller of the personal data of its sites and contacts; the platform is its processor.
• The subprocessors the platform uses, listed on the subprocessors page, and at least 30 days of notice before a new one or a change takes effect.
• Retention windows, and that deleted data leaves the backups within 35 days.
• Deletion and export of the alarm company's data when it leaves.
• Call records keep the numbers dialed and the names of the contacts called, as evidence of enhanced call verification, for as long as the alarm company is a customer; everywhere else contact addresses are kept only in masked form.
• The security measures the platform maintains.
